After taking that last photo, giving well wishes, saying goodbyes, and then packing up all the gear, my mind automatically runs through the day that I was able to stop in time and capture with my camera. All the stories, laughs, stressful moments, refections, times of thanksgiving, joys, tears, and the new memories in the making play out all over again. There’s always something that stands out, something that I find myself smiling at and feeling so thankful that I get to capture love and the people who found themselves in it. Walking out of this wedding, the blessing of relationships was imprinted on my heart..

Their story is unique. So sweet and endearing, but the one thing that sticks out to me is how hard they worked to show each other a love founded on sacrifice. They strived for purity, learning to love based on trusting one another. And the moment that melted hearts was when they shared their first kiss in front of all they people they love the most.

Nicole and Colton each chose to have ten of their closest friends stand beside them as they vowed their forever love to each other. Throughout the whole ceremony they were lifted up and encouraged by couples who have invested in their lives. All of this is just a reflection of the importance of friends and family as they walk together in the next journey of life. It was evident in every detail of their special day.
